Our charcuterie and cheeses are handcrafted under the direction of Justin, French charcutier and artisan specialist, preserving generations of French technique with precision and respect. His Hoi An outlet first introduced our products to the retail market, bringing authentic French charcuterie directly to the public and building the foundation for what we are today.
We work with carefully selected local producers, transforming exceptional ingredients into refined, house-made creations.
Our wines are exclusively French, curated through Daniel, a ninth-generation French wine producer. His family’s winemaking history spans centuries in France and more than 100 years of connection with Vietnam — a bridge between two cultures built on craftsmanship and trust.
